[Corpora-List] Sentiment Analysis Tools and Corpora

Dear all,

our goal is to build a sentiment analysis tool for written political 
contributions.

Browsing the web I find some toolkits for building sentiment analysis 
tools (seem to be mainly feature extraction pipelines with a machine 
learning model behind). And I find movie review corpora.

Does anyone know review pages or annotated corpora (for sentiment 
analysis) for other topics? Everything is appreciated!

Are there offline-to-use toolboxes which directly bring a trained model 
with them to start with?
