[Corpora-List] Conversation transcriber

Dear people from corpora list, 
I wonder if you could you give me advice about a straightforward corversation transcription tool. It should accept mp3 files, some personal codification like [interruption] [laughing], the automatic or semi-automatic annotation of participants in dialogue like "speaker 1: ", "speaker2: ", etc., and the resulting transcription should be provided in a txt file.
