[Corpora-List] mp3 to text?

Hi,

I wanted to try if there are any open source software that converts English
mp3 files to text. Came across a bunch of them:

2. http://julius.sourceforge.jp/en_index.php
3. http://sourceforge.net/projects/cmusphinx/

Did someone in the lists experiment with any of them? If so, would they be
willing to share the instructions/commands to output text with an mp3 input?
