Hi Negacy,

as others have pointed out, any word aligner should do the job. We've 
deployed some word aligners (GIZA, Berkeley, Anymalign) as web services 
in the PANACEA project. This may be helpful if you want to try the 
aligners before/without installing them. You can find them here:

Automated word alignment for parallel sentences and whatever language
pair can be obtained by running the freely available software Giza++

You can get it here: http://code.google.com/p/giza-pp/downloads/list
(choose the newest version)
