[Corpora-List] looking for PhD programs in Corpus Linguistics

Dear all,

Does anyone know about PhD scholarship in Corpus linguistics for 2013 or is
there a complete list of departments which present Corpus ling PhD courses?
My thesis for the MA was entitled “Designing and Developing a Persian
Learner Corpus”, in which I tried to construct the first Persian Learner
corpus, and now I'm looking for a PhD program to join and work on this
corpus as well..
