[Corpora-List] MI for more than 2 items

Mike,

I've reviewed a few papers proposing more-than-two-word salience stats but
I don't think any of them have produced linguistically convincing results.

In the Sketch Engine we've pursued a couple of other strategies to tackle
the issue, see
