[Corpora-List] NERC for Russian

Dear all,

We are looking for a tool for doing NERC for Russian. Is anyone aware of
any available ? I am aware of Alchemy and Freeling, but we are looking a
little bit more to do a better study of performance and find out the one
that fits better for our project.
