[Corpora] [Corpora-List] RIF software tools

Dear members,
i search a software tools for working( create, edit and reasoning) with
Rule Interchange Format(RIF) documents that cover owl, RDF and other
description logic. can someone help me in finding an appropriate software
tools as an editor for RIF docs?(it's so important that this software had a
reasoner that work based on RIF dialects)
