[Corpora-List] Call for Entries: DARIAH-DE Digital Humanities Award

To whom it may concern,


announced by this month and running until December 1st, the Call for the
first DARIAH-DE Digital Humanities Award is now open for entries.


The call adresses all scholarly qualification work resp. projects that are
currently beeing created or have been created in german-speaking
universities within the last 12 months.

Eligible applicants are students and young researchers in the fields of
humanities and cultural sciences, computer science and information science.



Candidates should currently work on their thesis (respectively having filed
their thesis within the last 12 months, as stated above) or be involved
with projects listed as following: software projects,tools,trials or
conceptual work on infrastructures etc..


The award will be credited by a jury to innovative contributors with
Digital Humanities-specialisation. who research on or work with digital
resources and / or digital methods.

Applications from students with independent DH-projects are also accepted.
The application of ( student ) groups is welcome.

The Award will be bestowed in March 2015 as part of the DH Summit in
Berlin. Overall, prizes of a total value of 1.800 € will be awarded.
