display Russian texts in Windows encoding (I assume you use Windows, if you use
MonoCOnc), but it requires fonts that are Russian-only (i.e.
they <STRONG>lack</STRONG> the Western European chars). </FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT size=2>In your case I'd recommend to use the do-it-yourself
approach, when simple concordancers are written in Perl. An example
