<BR> <FONT SIZE=2>1) An advanced degree in Information Retrieval, Computer Science, or related disciplines</FONT>

<P> <FONT SIZE=2>2) Strong coding skills in Java, Perl or C/C++</FONT>

<BR> <FONT SIZE=2>3) Excellent oral and written communications skills in English (publications desirable)</FONT>
