We are happy to announce that a new Spoken Language Resource<br>

(Noises)<br>
<br>
The BAS Corpus contains the recordings of 8000 utterances read by<br>
10 male speakers in two car maintenance halls with a variety of
real<br>
noise in the background. <br>
Noises are manually labelled in the data qualifying this corpus
especially<br>
for experiments with noise detection, noise cancellation and robust
speech<br>
recognition.<br>
