With issue 12.1 IJCL has got a new editorial board. The membership of the<BR>
board has been considerably increased to ensure faster turnround and wider<BR>
subject field coverage.<BR>
<BR>
Sadly, the publication of the first issue that marks some innovations for<BR>
IJCL is overshadowed by the death of Professor John Sinclair. It is<BR>
impossible to believe that John won't be there anymore as inspiration, as<BR>
support and as a friend. Words fail to describe the sorrow that his death<BR>
has caused.<BR>
