‘Developing Materials to Satisfy Needs and Wants’ on January 26<sup>th</sup>

conference is the developing of language learning materials to satisfy the
needs and wants of multifarious learning communities and contexts. This will
draw together a broad range of disciplines - ranging from ESOL to corpus

Angela Chambers, Fiona Farr & Stéphanie O’Riordan on corpus
linguistics and language learning, and Brian Tomlinson, chair of MATSDA.
Workshops will be given by all the plenary speakers, as well as other
