Dear Paulo,

You can use the open source Portuguese-English dictionary (at least) of the
NooJ linguistic environment which can be downloaded from the NooJ's website at http://www.nooj4nlp.net/

This dictionary contains nearly 60,000 lexical entries, including mostly single
words, represented by their lemmas and classified by part-of-speech (PoS),
optional inflectional paradigm (FLX), optional derivational paradigm (DRV), syntactic-semantic
properties and the corresponding English transfer (EN) assigned to each entry, where the “transfer”
means the disambiguated translation of a word. It has been hand made and revised. Although you may still find some errors, I think that it can provide a good start.

This dictionary was converted from the OpenLogos
English-Portuguese dictionary, adapted and enhanced and it can easily be reversible.
