<P class=MsoPlainText style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><SPAN lang=EN-GB style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: Verdana">UNNC will host its First Postgraduate Applied Linguistics Conference on the 26th and 27th of June 2009. Organized by the Division of English Studies/Centre for Research in Applied Linguistics, the conference aims at providing a platform for postgraduate students to present their applied linguistics research work for review and feedback from peers and experts in a friendly, supportive and intellectually stimulating environment. With the participation of leading Chinese and British academics, conference participants will also have the opportunity to hear experts discuss their past and current projects.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>
