There was a Basque treebank available for the <a href="http://depparse.uvt.nl/depparse-wiki/SharedTaskWebsite">CoNLL 2007 shared task</a> on dependency parsing. It was provided by the<a href="http://ixa.si.ehu.es/Ixa"> IXA Group</a> under a special license, I don't know if they have any larger corpora of Basque, and what the license conditions might be though.<br>
