I do want to point out that I got almost all the data for my
dissertation from the Web: Frantext, Gallica and Google Books, plus
a number of independent digitization projects. I scanned exactly
one book (the <i>Ordo Representacionis Ade</i>), and a year later
that turned up on the web too; someone else had scanned and posted
it!<br>
<br>
There's tons of great data on the web, but search engines are
not good at finding representative samples.<br>
