Kernel methods are seen as a viable approach to automatic feature engineering, </font></div><div><font class="Apple-style-span" size="2">which is a severe bottleneck for the design of real-world applications. The other interesting problem that</font></div><div><font class="Apple-style-span" size="2">will be studied concerns domain adaptation.
