<p style="margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;" lang="EN-US">I wonder if you know a tool or software able to represent and analyze spectrograms of sounds pronounced and transcribe such sounds into the International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA). </span></p>
