and other hand problems on semantic links existing between the structured data to facilitate their process and integration of over the Web of data.
Thus, it is the merge of the fourth edition of the SOS (Services and Open Sources, RFIA'2010, EGC'2011 and EGC'2012) workshop and the second edition of the DLWD (Linked Data for a Web of Data) workshop. This new edition follows the SOS-DLWD'2012 workshop that was co-located with the EGC'2012 conference.

This workshop will be organized in two sessions:

*Session 1 : Services and Open Sources (SOS)
*Session 2 : Linked Data for a Web of Data (DLWD)

This workshop aims at bringing together researchers from academic and industrial worlds on the topics listed below.

Workshop topics include (but are not restricted to)
========================================

* Identification and automatic discovery of information sources,
* Access and information gathering from open sources (Web, social networks, RSS, etc.),
* Classification, filtering of information of interest,
* Information extraction from unstructured text and/or using specific vocabularies (blogs, texting, forums, etc.), from large volumes of multi-media data (text, image, video, audio),
* Sentiment/opinion analysis from social media (social networks, blogs, forums, etc.),
* Modeling and gathering of knowledge extracted from open sources (ontologies, semantic annotations, etc.),
* Use of knowledge extracted from open sources: reasoning, decision support, visualization, etc.,
* Weak signals' detection,
* Evaluation and assessment of data sources and information extracted from open sources,
* Applications and watch platforms from open sources (strategic, business, OSINT, etc.), Big Data-oriented platforms, service integration for heterogenous treatments, etc.,
* Provenance and trust of data and their links,
* Inference, discovery and validation of data links,
* Interoperability of data sources and ontology alignment,
* Generation and publication of data,
* Querying the contents of the LOD,
* Development of linked data related services,
* Privacy / access control on linked data.

Such a workshop, open to all IC communities, completes works presented in national and international workshops (like QRWD'11, LDOW'11, COLD'10).

Important dates
=============

* Submission deadline: May 5th, 2013
* Authors' notification: May 22nd, 2013
* Submission of final versions: May 29th, 2013
* SOS-DLWD'2013 workshop: July 1st, 2013
