3rd Workshop on Sentiment Analysis where AI meets Psychology (SAAIP 2013), a
collocated event at IJCNLP 2013, Nagoya Congress Center, Nagoya, Japan, will be
held on October 14, 2013. This workshop aims to bring together the researchers
in multiple disciplines such as computer science, psychology, cognitive
science, social science and many more who are interested in developing next
generation machines that can recognize and respond to the sentimental states of
the human users. The workshop will consist of a set of invited talks and
presentations of technical papers that will be selected after peer review from

must describe substantial, original, completed and unpublished work. Wherever
appropriate, concrete evaluation and analysis should be included. Submissions
will be judged on correctness, originality, technical strength, significance,
relevance to the conference, and interest to the attendees. Each submission
will be reviewed by at least three reviewers.<br>
