<p style="color:rgb(51,51,51);font-family:'Lucida Grande',Verdana,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;font-size:11px;background-color:rgb(255,255,255);margin-bottom:0.0001pt;text-align:justify"><span class="transpan"><span lang="EN-US">The exploitation of the results (revealing incoherence, alterations, fraudulent modifications, doctored photographs, etc.) also integrates an interpretation phase, which makes it possible to specify the significance of changes, or the meaning of whatever manipulations have been detected. Research stemming from Semiology (or Semiotics) and particularly work applied to image analysis, document analysis or text as image have obviously their role to play in the global DOCSCOPE procedure. Within this project, the analysis is not dependent on comparison with an annotated database, but relies on careful induction from sets of clues.</span></span></p>
