<div><font color="#000000"><b>About the conference</b></font></div>
<div><font color="#000000">UCCTS is a biennial international conference which was launched in 2008 to provide an international forum for the exploration of the theoretical and practical issues pertaining to the creation and use of corpora in contrastive and
translation studies. The conference is hosted by the UCREL research centre, which brings together the Department of Linguistics and English Language with the School of Computing and Communications at Lancaster. </font><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt;">The
