Apertium has a module for this language pair:<br>

Because it is a RBMT system, you do not need to train the tool, just install the main package for apertium and the one for this language pair.<br>

However, note that this language pair is in the "incubator" part of the svn, so not sure whether its status is mature enough for your purpose...<br>
