<div>You will be working on a collaborative project with the National Centre for Text Mining (NaCTeM) at the University of Manchester and the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE), funded by the Medical Research Council, on the automated
processing of big and complex medical text data. You will be responsible for the design and implementation of machine learning, data/text analysis and visualisation algorithms. This is a multi-disciplinary project that involves collaboration with other academic
institutions and end-users. You should have a PhD in Science or Engineering and specialise in machine learning, data analysis and mathematical modelling. Excellent software development expertise (Matlab, and C/C++/Java) is essential and GPU-based algorithm
design skills is desirable.</div>
