War Crime?

This is not a war; it is an invasion. I believe we should continue to press
for the conviction of war criminals and perpetrators of crimes against
humanity, including the people who engineered the current acts of
belligerence, along with all their past and present co-conspirators,
including Saddam Hussein and Bin Laden, as per this case prosecuted by
Ramsey Clark http://www.deoxy.org/wc/warcrime.htm.

I urge you to press for the resignation of the current head of the UN and
UN security council for failure to condemn the current action as illegal,
and for implicitly endorsing its prosecution by negotiating with
belligerents for contracts over the reconstruction of a mass destruction
that is still underway. Once again, civilians are being killed knowingly
and willingly. That is the legal meaning of "collateral damage", knowingly
and willingly murdering non-combatants and conducting arbitrary mass
executions, whether by aerial bombardment or any other method. All
belligerents have acknowledged that they knew civilians would be killed if
the current course of action was taken.

I also urge you to press for the prosecution of all those who have
allegedly committed war crimes in the past, including Henry Kissinger,
Robert MacNamara, Robert Mugabe, Pinochet, all associated with the Scool of
the Americas, the Suhartos, and all those who aided and abetted them in
their criminal activities, etc ad infintum, in the international war crimes
tribunal.
