CDS Site up again

Dear All,

The critical discourse studies site - cds-web.net - is up again after being offline for some weeks because of dreadful service from MD Web Hosting. They basically deleted the old site, so I have reconstituted it from older backups. If anything is missing, please let me know. In the meantime, we look forward to hearing from you.
