Introduction

Hi

I am a new member to the Discours-list. I am a PhD student in General
Linguistics at the University of Tübingen, Germany. My research project
deals with prosody in conversation. I am most interested in the acoustic
analysis of prosodic systems of German dialects. The main goal is to
describe the prosodic features which are used to structure our
conversation for different dialects. The material contains of
spontaneous, everyday communication of friends.
