Research Request on C & W

Dear List Members:
I need your help in finding one or two recent citations for a graduate
seminar paper that I am re-writing from last semester. The seminar was
about language planning and policy and I elected to examine the kinds of
existing policies and planning strategies adopted for first-year
composition classes conducted in the English computer lab. There weren't
any.

I conducted a very small survey of the graduate teaching assistants and
found big differences in the amount of prep time for lesson plans (more for
comp/comp TAs); differences in the number of lesson plans that actually
involve the computers; and the number of computer applications that are
underutilized (for lack of training).

I have scoured the C & C journals and have used several citations from
those pioneers. What I need now in this re-write is one or two citations
from recent articles, 1994-1999, that address policy and planning issues
with composition teaching in the computer labs. One of my questions, for
example, is how should grading criteria for essays written with hypertext
links be compared to plain word-processed final essays? There are standard
department requirements for the contents of the paper final portfolio.
How should standards be set for the submission of a digital portfolio,
either on floppy disk or on a web page? What allowances are made for
students with poor/no keyboarding skills?

Of the 24 citations I have for this paper, 13 of them are from articles
written between 1984 and 1992. Can you help me, please, with a citation or
two in which I can find more recent information? I appreciate any
assistance you can offer.
