new server

Dear all,

Linguist has moved its server. You should now send list messages to
DISCOURS at LISTSERV.LINGUISTLIST.ORG. Send listserv commands (such as nomail,
etc.) at LISTSERV at LISTSERV.LINGUISTLIST.ORG. You may already be using the
new server, which has been in existence for a while, in which case you will
not need to make any change. The Penn server is no longer housing Linguist
and should no longer be used.
