Dear Asst. Prof. Catherine Smith,

I am working on critical discourse analysis especially political discourse on poverty in Thailand. I am interested in advanced L2 writing too because I want to find out how to improve L2 writing not only for my students a better L2 writing, but for me as well. I don't know a lot about discourse in L2 writing but I think it is very important especially for communication across cultures.

Glad to contact with you. Looking forword to hearing from you again.
Nipa

I work on discourse functions of tense and aspect in fiction, academic
writing, and advanced L2 writing. What exactly are you working on?
