I sublet my lovely two-bedroom apartment, 45 m2, high ceiling, large French windows, beautiful view (5th floor). In the Jourdain-village area/ Belleville. Just an 8 min subway ride from the Marais, Pompidou Center and the heart of Paris. 
5 min from metro stop as well as farmers market held 3x/week, excellent food shops, supermarkets and delis, fun bars, restaurants and cute shops. Paris' most beautiful parks (Buttes Chaumont and Parc de Belleville) within 5 to 10 mins walk.

- West-facing living room, large French windows, beautiful view (5th floor).

- Cozy spacious living room, dining space, book shelves, speakers, record-player.

- Small but fully equipped kitchen with fridge, electro oven, gas etc.

- Sleeping accomodation for 4 people.

- Bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer, iron, vacuum cleaner.

- Internet (WIFI).

- Interphone.

Rental fee: Euros 1,000.00 / month PLUS utilities. Apartment comes fully equipped, including linens and kitchenware.
Deposit Euros 500 payable upon booking.

Je sous-loue mon appmt 2-pièces (salon / salle à manger + chambre), 45 m2, haut plafond, parquet, joliment meublé, vue fantastique (5e ét). Pour 4 personnes max. Petite cuisine bien équipée (frigo, four él.), sd bain ac bain.
20e arrond. 5 min jusqu’au métro Jourdain (ligne 11: 10 min jusqu’à Hôtel d Ville). 10 min à pied jusqu’au Parc de Belleville et Buttes de Chaumont. 15 min à pied jusqu’à Ménilmontant/ Oberkampf. Quartier très sympa, cafés, bars, restos, marchés. Wifi. 1000 €/ mois.
