
<html><head><meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html charset=windows-1252"></head><body style="word-wrap: break-word; -webkit-nbsp-mode: space; -webkit-line-break: after-white-space;"><div>- apologies for cross-posting -</div><div><br></div>Hi everybody,<div><br></div><div>Thanks a lot to all the people who have responded to my question about QDA programmes! As some of you have asked me to let them know which programme I finally choose, I am sending out a mail again.</div><div><br></div><div>For working on a <b>Mac</b> with <b>pdf</b> files I have decided - after reading the manuals, watching tutorials and playing around with different programmes - to use MaxQDA. I am convinced that Atlas.ti will be great too, in the future, but they have just released the first version for Mac, which doesn’t include all the functions I am looking for, yet. Dedoose looks great, but I don’t want to depend on an Internet connection every time I want to use the programme.</div><div><br></div><div>Some of you have mentioned other programmes, but most of them didn’t support Mac or pdf files.</div><div><br></div><div>Thanks again, I hope the short summary helps other people on a similar quest.</div><div><br></div><div>Have a nice weekend!<br><div><br><div>
