LMP Bulletin board for teachers of Less Commonly Taught Languages. The UCLA
Language Materials Project website has a new bulletin board. LCTL teachers are
encouraged to use the bulletin board as a means of sharing news and information
about current activities, workshops, research, etc. You can access the website
at www.lmp.ucla.edu or go directly to the bulletin board at
http://lmp.ucla.edu/News.aspx?menu=012

Visit the National Virtual Translation Center’s Languages of the World website.
Each month, the site features a different region of the world with an emphasis
on its linguistic diversity. Additionally, the site contains pages dedicated to
topics such as Language Origins, Endangered Languages, Language families, Why
Study a Foreign Language, Planning Language Study, Speaking Self-Assessment and
Foreign Language Careers.
