CENTRAL MICHIGAN UNIVERSITY. Applied Linguistics.  Tenure-track position as
Assistant Professor beginning Fall 2006. Ph.D. in Applied Linguistics or
related field by August 2006 required. 3/3 course load.   Ability to teach
phonetics/phonology and sociolinguistically-focused courses for future
teachers required.  Ability to teach courses in TESOL M.A. program and
composition required.  English education experience desired.  Demonstrated
evidence of effective teaching and an active research program are required.
