Dear colleagues,

I am glad to write to again with the Call for Participation in the third 
conference of the International Society for Gesture Studies,   
"Integrating Gestures," to be held at Northwestern University, Evanston, 
Illinois, USA, June 18-21, 2007.   The call is attached as a .doc file, 
and may also be seen on the ISGS web site at 
http://www.gesturestudies.com/,  and the conference web site, 
www.music.northwestern.edu/isgs  . 

 

There are a few things to note:

        -the* web site*, at www.music.northwestern.edu/isgs , is 
functional with new information daily

        -our splendid roster of currently confirmed* plenary speakers* is:

                Karen Emmorey, San Diego State University

                Susan Goldin-Meadow, University of  Chicago

                Ipke Wachsmuth, University of Bielefeld

        -and, the deadline for submissions  is slightly extended, to* 
November 25, 2006.*
