Learning English language properly in a conducive environment 

This is a pity that even after 35 years of independence, in Bangladesh two 
types of cultures are prevailing. There is clearly two generations growing: one 
who know English and one who do not know English. And that makes all the 
differences in their professional life. Those who know English usually do not 
have to worry about getting jobs and developing within the organisation, and 
the other group who are less progressed in English, remain less and less 
confident, have little scope to manage a good position in the job market and 
thus their survival becomes more and more difficult.
