Library project makes learning a language easy as mouse click

Learning English no longer involves hundreds of dollars combined with hours of attending class thanks to a pilot project at the Lethbridge Public Library.

The $260,000 project provides one-year licensing of Auralog's Tell Me More language learning software tools for public libraries and can help anybody expand their horizons by learning a new language - all with the click of a mouse.

Accessible on the library's website, the software program covers all areas of language learning, including speaking, listening, comprehension, reading and writing. A 24/7 online adviser is available to answer questions, and a variety of other languages can be learned including French, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, German, Chinese and Japanese.
