Subject: [Edling] Post Masters/ Pre-Doctoral programs in L2 teaching &
learning

Dear Colleagues,In response to several requests from our MA grads, we're
compiling a list of Post Masters programs in Second language teaching,
learning, and/or research- or applied linguistics. If you know of any such
programs, we'd appreciate the info on location, program title(s), and
program goals. The titles of ours at NYU are: Post Masters Advanced
Certificate in: TESOL, Foreign Language Ed, and/or Bilingual Education.
These programs are taken for various reasons- sometimes to obtain a higher
than Masters professional credential, to expande knowledge on SLA teaching
and learning- sometimes as a bridge to doctoral work. Thanks for your
input!Miriam
