Outdated books hamper Arabic learning 

Outdated books are seen as a major obstacle to teaching Arabic to foreign students in the UAE, local newspapers reported on Wednesday, citing schools officials.

Experts have highlighted that a lack of qualified teaching staff, an inadequate curriculum and poor standards have left the teaching of Arabic as a second language in schools in disarray.
