Linguistic processes and globalization

The purpose of the symposium is to identify and analyze the
relationships between language and the processes of globalization.

We invite researchers who work in these or associated areas to share
their experiences in the following research topics:

Education, first and second language teaching

Sociolinguistics and language planning.

Linguistic diversity and minority languages.

Language shift, maintenance and revitalization.

Linguistic rights.

Media and language policy.

Language policy and inequality.

Other related topics.
