Please find below information about a free virtual symposium on integrating Intercultural Citizenship Education through Picturebooks in Primary ELT.

The symposium, on 7 & 8 June, is organised by Nord University, and the Erasmus+ ICEPELL project: https://icepell.eu/.

There's a great line up of speakers including:    
   - A plenary by Michael Rosen 
   - Two author read-aloud sessions by Steve Antony (Green Lizards vs Red Triangles) and Gro Dahle (Sinnaman-Angryman)
   - Keynotes by Gail Ellis, Sandie Mourão, Carol Read, David Valente and Nayr Ibrahim
   - A session on eTwinning by Fabrizio Ferrari and Silvana Rampone
   - A panel discussion hosted by Janice Bland on behalf of the Nord University research group for Children’s Literature in English Language Teaching (CLELT),   

   - 6 showcases by the teachers, student teachers and teacher librarians who have attended our pilot ICEPro Course and created a set of materials to support using picturebooks for ICE in their classes.
