<br>Policy.<br><br>The Network will be open to any AILA member conducting research or teaching<br>in the various fields of language policy and management. As a first step,<br>two events will be sponsored by the new ReN, one at the Sociolinguistics
<br>Symposium in Limerick in July 2006 and a second at the ALAA meeting in<br>Brisbane about the same time. At these meetings, plans will be developed<br>for continuing activities of the Network including the 2008 AILA<br>
