<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">Lawmaker and party member Dzintars Rasnačs told the Latvijas Avize daily newspaper that the proposed amendment to Article 112 in the Satversme is simple and will include a phrase that free primary and secondary education in <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /><st1:country-region w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Latvia</st1:place></st1:country-region> will be provided “in the national language.”</P>
