<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">The Iran Language Institute announces the First International Conference on ELT in the Islamic World in <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:City w:st="on">Tehran</st1:City>, <st1:country-region w:st="on">Iran</st1:country-region></st1:place>, in fall 2010. The aim of the conference is to provide an international forum for the discussion of issues in the fields of teaching, learning, and assessing English as a foreign language (ELT) across the Islamic World. The conference will bring together researchers from the Islamic countries to present their research results and to exchange views on a wide-range of ELT-related topics face to face. The conference will combine keynote speeches, paper sessions, poster sessions, roundtable discussions, and workshops. </P>
