<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">The Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures in the <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /><st1:place w:st="on"><st1:PlaceType w:st="on">College</st1:PlaceType> of <st1:PlaceName w:st="on">Arts</st1:PlaceName></st1:place> and Sciences will have to cut $700,000, 14 full-time instructors and one part-time instructor to accommodate next year’s budget cuts, according to department chair Emily Batinski.</P>
