Linguistics or Applied linguistics and should demonstrate expertise in one of
the aforementioned areas through quality publications. They must have excellent
command of English and good command of Greek, as well as teaching experience at
tertiary level. They will be required to teach both undergraduate and
postgraduate courses –two per semester. The ideal candidate should be able to
teach a wide range of (Applied) Linguistics courses in English and, depending on
their area of expertise, to contribute to the research profile of the
