<P style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt" class=MsoNormal>Across the world people have been spending today conversing in the manner of a pirate, in a glorious celebration of all things piratical.</P>

<P style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt" class=MsoNormal>Talk Like A Pirate Day began in 1995, when two friends from the <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /><st1:country-region w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">US</st1:place></st1:country-region>, John Baur and Mark Summers, decided talking like a pirate was really rather fun.</P>
