<p>Testing Fraud Exposed in Britain; ETS Exams Suspended </p>

<p>Britain's home office has suspended the administration of English language tests run by the Princeton, N.J.-based Educational Testing Service after the BBC news program, "Panorama," uncovered “systematic fraud” at British test centers.</p>
